Ano:
Ang Spiritual Training Learning Labs ay mga sesyon ng pagsasanay kung saan ang mga disipulo ni Jesus ay binibigyang kapangyarihan sa pamamagitan ng pagtuturo at mga kasanayan na nagbibigay inspirasyon sa personal na paglago at espirituwal na pag-unlad. Ang 7 linggong mga sesyon ay humahantong sa paglago, pagpapagaling at inspirasyon.
Bakit:
Sa kabila ng maraming gantimpala sa paglilingkod sa Diyos at sa kanyang bayan, ang bokasyonal na ministeryo ay isa sa pinakamahirap na piniling propesyon. Ang ministerial attrition rate ay isang patuloy na hamon sa mga nakaraang taon at tumaas nang husto sa nakalipas na 5 taon. Ang pagtatasa ng istatistika ng Christianity Today at ng ICOC ministers service committee ay nagsiwalat ng nakababahala na pagtaas ng kawalang-kasiyahan sa mga lider ng ministeryo.
Paano:
Sa loob ng 7 linggo, magpupulong ang mga kalahok isang beses sa isang linggo para sa isang 2 oras na session sa Zoom o live para sa pagtuturo, pagsasanay, at paghihikayat sa mga kasanayang idinisenyo upang magdulot ng inspirasyon at espirituwal na pagbabago. Ang mga mag-aaral ay matututong magsanay ng pangangalaga sa kaluluwa at patuloy na pag-renew. Dapat dumalo ang mga kalahok sa lahat ng 7 session at kumpletuhin ang mga takdang-aralin.
